Six Days of Paradise

While in Mexico last month, this is the view we saw when we woke up. For the most part, the skies were clear, the sun was out, people were being quiet (unlike at night), and there was a musician playing music on a keyboard.
The roof at the bottom left in the photograph was an open-air bar with pool table, and further left was a cafe that served breakfast, lunch and dinner.
During the day, the hotel broadcast music from two large speakers near the pool, and people lounged, swam, and puttered in the sun. We spent two days at the pool, playing tequila volleyball, reading, enjoying fruity drinks, and swimming in the ocean.

Banderas Bay had a strong enough surf to rip off one of my flippers and break the other, but swimming in it was still thrilling. And boy was it salty! I think I got my RDA of salt in just one accidentally swallowed mouthful.

Katy and Billy, I would like to get to know you better. I doubt if Billy remembers the days when I babysat him, he was only about two. But I have felt like part of the family most of our life. I just haven't had much chanch to stay in touch with the boys.

My own son is living out there in that part of the world. I have been watching your web page occasionally and Linda has kept me informed somewhat of your life.

I would enjoy becoming better friends.
